Cobra Beer is once again leading the way for other food and drink brands in the UK, pioneering with Moviposter ™. Beginning in October, this full-colour, three-dimensional hologram will feature Cobra Beer across a trial group of 30 Indian Bangladeshi sites across England before a national roll out. Cobra’s campaign comprises a collection of different visuals, from a three-dimensional image of a Cobra ad, to a full scale three-second movie. A Moviposter ™ can show up to 70 frames of video footage, so as people walk by it, they find themselves turning back to an interactive image of a tasty and refreshing Cobra Beer.
“Being a brand renowned for seeing and doing things differently Cobra chose to advertise using Moviposter ™ as they provide eye-catching, stop-you-in-your-tracks and head-turning advertising,” says Anne Breda, Sales & Marketing Manager.Thus project illustrates Cobra’s commitment to truly engaging consumers by advertising in creative and interactive ways. After the trial period, ColourHolographic- Restaurant Media plans to install holographic sites in a further 20 restaurants per month, expanding to at least 500 restaurants by 2007.
