The Moviposters™ are so popular that many regular cinmeagers will seek out the launch of each new Moviposter™. The Moviposters™ are also used at selected film premieres.

Client: Guinness UK

In 2004 ColourHolographic a hologram, of an attractive blonde woman enjoying a pint of Guinness and wiping froth from her mouth, for placement in bars and clubs. 400 holograms were made: anecdotal evidence suggests a significant increase in Guinness sales in locations with this hologram, particularly amongst young males. The content, with its movement and strong 3D effect, had great appeal for this target market and it remains one of the best holograms so far in terms of recall value.

Client: NIKE France

To launch its ‘Made to Move’ clothing range during the run-up to the Rugby World Cup in 2003, NIKE wanted a major promotion in its French Niketown stores – including the flagship store on the Champs Elysées. A series of five holograms were placed behind apertures in a full window graphic depicting a larger than life rugby player. As video footage shows, the holograms stopped people of all ages in their tracks and provoked tremendous interest and interaction. Jim Moffett, Head of Marketing, Nike France declared it to be "the best retail promotion we have ever undertaken”.

Client: Cadbury’s

For the Commonwealth Games in Manchester in 2002, ColourHolographic worked with a vending machine manufacturer to produce a vending unit with a holographic front glass panel. The powerful 3D image was a major draw to the machine and vended sales were reported to be 120% higher than expectation. This Moviposter™ was certainly one of the strongest brand messages created so far.

Client: Diageo

A Christmas 2004 retail promotion for three of Diageo's major drinks brands was successfully implemented by ColourHolographic and its Irish distributor. Holograms promoting Bailey's, Gordon's Gin and Smirnoff were placed in major retail outlets like Superquinns. Sales uplifts on these brands were spectacular, upwards of 260%, and Diageoare now planning further promotions using this medium. The campaign has also been short listed for a number of media awards in a prestigious Dublin event.

Client: Gossard UK

Gossard chose MoviPoster™™ as a key part of its 2005 launch campaign for the new Gossard Super Smooth bra. This revolutionary garment uses the latest technology to provide invisible support and shaping while being really comfortable to wear. Gossard’s launch campaign aimed to convey these benefits to customers with impact and immediacy and the company chose MoviPosters™ because of its portrayal of the product as three-dimensional, real life imagery, and unique quality.

Client: Nintendo UK

Nintendo’s March 2005 UK launch of its DS handheld games device was supported by interactive TV, a national sampling drive, outdoor advertising – and MoviPoster™ holograms. HMV’s and Virgin’s flagship shop windows on Oxford Street London and Game Station in Birmingham’s Bullring each featured a MoviPoster™ of a huge full colour, three-dimensional, rotating Nintendo DS.
