The glass needed to be sourced according to a strict manufacturing requirement and thickness, as well as very specific plate dimensions. These were all determined by performance related data through tests at Zumbach.
After trials of many different parameters the final specifications were set and the client was able to use the customized materials supplied. Our in house manufacturing of the holographic material provided the flexibility to fulfill their requirements.
